Strong technical knowledge on ISPF, COBOL , JCL, DB2 , CICS ,VSAM, IMS-DB/DC, REXX, Easytrieve,
Identify the areas of improvement and provide solutions in optimising or automating the manual process to bring benefit both to the technical team and business
Strong knowledge on IBM utilities, OPC scheduler Endevor, File-Aid, expeditor.
Participation in Service introduction calls and effectively complete KT process
Have experience in supporting for DR exercises
Have understanding of the ITIL process
Have the ability to handle production incident calls and war room calls.
Good communication and coordination experience between teams.
BFSI domain experience would be desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Oncall support , irish working hours
