We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Connect with customer and QA tower leads to understand the problem statements and challengesPick up a couple of challenges as per prioritization and build a solution approach via
understand the current state, pain points, areas of improvement
Discuss and present the approach with respective customer/QA tower lead and define an implementation plan
Transition the solution/approach to tower lead and pick up the next set of challenges/problems

Engage in technical challenges discussion within different QA towers and provide the suggestions to resolve them
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance process ofAutomated test scripts and frameworks.
Performance testing approach and its alignment with Point32Health landscape
Test Data approach, tool and technologies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in QA processes.

Requirements:
knowledge of process and methodologies on:Test automation tools and frameworks
Performance testing tools
Test data management tools and techniques.

Customer facing communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands on experience with any scripting/data management will be good to have
