About the Role
As a Software development Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our server-side applications. Working closely with senior backend engineers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of backend systems.
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Leverage Apache Flink for large-scale data processing to execute both financial and non-financial activities during end-of-day operations.
Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and AWS Athena for complex data queries and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver robust software solutions that meet the demanding needs of global financial institutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, security and scalability of our systems. Ensure code quality and performance through rigorous testing and continuous integration practices.

Experience and Qualifications
3-4 years of relevant experience
Should have hands-on development experience with Object Oriented Programming (Java is highly preferred) on a large-scale system
