About the team
The global Workforce Planning and Analytics team focuses on understanding strategic business initiatives and connecting them to talent opportunities. Were focused on using data to measure how well we attract, develop and retain the right people, in the right places, at the right time.
What you will be doing
As the Senior Workforce Analyst for our global talent acquisition team, your main objective is to use data to enable our talent acquisition leaders to make effective decisions. You will develop complex analyses that connect our applicant data with post-hire employee data to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of strategic talent acquisition processes critical to revenue growth. To be successful, you will establish relationships across the global talent acquisition team to understand strategic hiring objectives, become proficient in data across all people systems (e.g. Workday, Visier, Phenom People) and synthesize recruiting data along with downstream employee data to create actionable insights that inform decisions around sourcing, hiring, developing and retaining a diverse workforce.
You are very technical in nature and can decode workforce data and assess the potential impact it can have on organizational goals. You dont settle for the first answer or explanation. Instead, you dig deep to identify the root cause of issues and provide fact-based solutions that are directly aligned with outcomes. At times, you will develop complex models and processes that go beyond metrics in the core analytics tools (e.g. Workday, Visier, Phenom People) and create unique strategies to tell an engaging story.
Meet with global talent acquisition leaders to assess recruiting effectiveness and efficiency. Ask the right questions, determine whether a problem exists and examine your workforce intelligence applications for trends and evidence that could support actions that solve problems.
Combine Visier with data from disparate systems, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative attributes to build holistic views of recruiting efforts. Clean and analyze data, interpret results, provide insights and recommend actions.
Create and manage global and local dashboards, custom analyses and reports for talent acquisition management and other key stakeholders by leveraging Visier, Workday and Phenom People on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and as-needed basis.
Understand talent acquisition challenges and identify data needed to address them. Be an expert on what data is available across FIS and articulate needs for additional data. Make suggestions to improve the quality of how we collect and use information with the goal of increasing data literacy across the talent acquisition organization. Proactively share knowledge with other members of the analytics team.
Promote and support self-service access of talent acquisition data through Visier. Stay abreast of system changes, guide stakeholders in adopting new features and design talent acquisition metrics and system enhancements.
Monitor competitor, customer and external marketplace trends in the talent acquisition analytics arena and assess their applicability to FIS to help solve identified challenges.

What you Bring
5 years of experience analyzing talent acquisition data with demonstrated ability to distill analytics to improve business performance
Experience designing talent acquisition metrics and models, such as cost per hire and quality of hire
Experience supporting analytical data-driven processes, cultivating global relationships with stakeholders and visualizing complex statistical concepts to non-technical team members
Tech-savvy quick learner with an aptitude to grasp complex analytical concepts
Proven history of relationship building, stakeholder management and strong story-telling skills, with experience translating data into insights using visualizations that gain leadership buy-in and drive action
Superior Microsoft Excel skills and/or Python
Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Experience with Workday Recruiting and/or Visier preferred
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience, preferably in Human Resources, data analytics, statistics, mathematics or relevant major
