We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis II to join our TREASURY SERVICES team. This role is in PUNE OR CHENNAI, INDIA – HYBRID.
Shift timings – 2:30 pm – 9:30 pm (In IST)
Team Overview– Data Modeling and MI is one of the core capabilities of the TSDO team to support an efficient and effective data strategy. This role is a critical role in translating business needs into the information required to deliver solutions. The role will be a key across multiple projects working with Data Architects in understanding architectural directions, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and developing the appropriate data structures and MI. In addition, the role will have significant influence in Treasury Services as a Service initiatives. This position will play a key role in the transition from traditional reporting to a more dynamic, real-time analytics environment ensuring a foundation to deliver information to internal consumers at all levels in the organization.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Leads development of statistical, financial, and econometric models for analyzing asset performance, client data, securities, derivative pricing, risk exposure, and other complex topics. 
Provides analytical leadership and independently conducts advanced analyses. Collaborates with management to implement methodologies for each activity.
May perform light programming or system configuration to set up models or algorithms. Evaluates and selects appropriate technologies with management.
Leads complex projects with cross-functional impact, interprets findings, prepares reports, and delivers results. 
Reviews work accuracy of junior analysts and provides oversight without formal supervisory responsibility. 

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Bachelor's degree in a financial/Engineering discipline such as accounting, finance, statistics, or degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance or economics preferred.
Uses technology tools like SQL and macro development for data extraction and model population.  Experience with leading reporting tools required (such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx, OLAP tools)
Possesses deep understanding of relevant processes and products, determining the best approaches for performance, risk, or valuation analysis.
Communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. 
Experience in Data Analysis, Data Architecture and/or Data Warehousing; preferably in a shared or enterprise data environment.
