Deliver the highest possible tool availability, lowest cycle time, lowest defect performance and optimized parametrics. Lead and mentor engineers and engineering teams on Poly / STI / Nitride Etch processes. Job Requirements You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, or Physics, Chemistry or equivalent. 10 years of Poly / STI / Nitride Etch experience in process sustaining, development, and technology transfer. Mentor and consulting experience in proliferating knowledge to engineers and engineering teams. Exposure to Etch / Ash / Strip semiconductor processing and process transfer and integration. Experience with design of experiments (DOE) principles and process characterization in a manufacturing environment. Experience in statistical analysis (ANOVA, sample / population comparisons, hypothesis testing, sample size, modeling, etc.) Desired Experience 10 years of experience in Poly / STI / Nitirde Etch processes and equipment. Experience with AMAT DPS etch systems including EP algorithms and equipment parameters. 10 years of experience in statistical data analysis (examples include, JMP, SPC) Expertise in Poly / STI / Nitride Etch processes Process integration knowledge. Technology transfer experience. Critical Physical Requirements Able to lift approx. 25lbs, push and pull approx. 60lbs; carry 15lbs; sit 50 PERCENT ; stand 30 PERCENT ; walk 20 PERCENT ; must be able to perform activities that include climbing, bending at waist, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, hearing, talking, seeing.
