JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent to meet staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a strong workforce. Additionally, responsible for providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by managing an efficient end to end recruitment process.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages a pipeline of resumes to effectively identify talent for currently open or future positions.
Screens, interviews, and assesses candidates and works with hiring managers to facilitate an efficient recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, uphold compliance responsibilities and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
Delivers a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Participates in recruitment events and job fairs to strengthen brand and presence in the local market.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in a strategic recruiting role with an emphasis on recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition administration.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Experience working in both early-stage and large company.
Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill and submit to offer ratio preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
KSAs Proficiency
Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through.
Ability to source candidates using technology, TA tools, referrals and other resources.
Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to integrate HR and business strategies.
