ISCO Reporting and Analytics Job Location Electronic city Bangalore FUNCTIONAL SCOPE The Integrated Supply Chain Organization s ISCO Reporting Analytics team within company LS business vertical is responsible for identifying data and empowering business users with actionable insights to improve operational performance and process efficiencies The skills mix of this team is a blend of an exhaustive knowledge of supply chain concepts data analysis data science and diverse problemsolving capabilities The Supply Chain Specialist of the LS ISCO Reporting Analytics team will play a key role in driving supply chain analytics activities within organisation LS and is expected to lead coordinate crossfunctional case development and solution implementation across various functions of ISCO The role will be seen as a strategic partner supporting primarily the ISCO Network Planning team in driving sustainable business improvement in the areas of inventory service cost through advanced analytics and reporting SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop validate and draw insights from supply chain metrics and underlying data to elevate the need for supply chain capabilities including but not limited to demand supply planning supply delivery reliability inventory optimization supply chain disruption distribution Excellent understanding of Qlik ecosystem ability to manage end to end deliverables with minimal supervision and excellent presentation skills Develop and maintain scalable metrics dashboards and scorecards to support the decisionmaking process and provide solid documentation for Supply chain through intuitive interactive reporting in Qliksense Understand data requirements data layouts and create user interfaces visualizations expressions selection objects needed for the analysis Design develop test publish maintain and support QlikSense applications dashboards with focus on business data insights Ability to write Qlik Sense load scripts and validate data Implement frontend solutions with advanced Qlik expressions and calculations Good experience in QVD and tuning queries for QVD generation to operate in the most efficient manner Daily monitoring of dashboards troubleshoot and resolve any QlikSense dashboard issues app enhancement development in close coordination with the Qlik IT team Integrate Qlik with analytics tools such as R and Python for particular requirements Develop SQL queries procedures triggers scripts etc for database Learn and contribute to data analytics projects including Data Quality checks Data Analysis and Reports as and when required Handson experience in Qlik Data Modeling Transform the data model by applying subroutines to allow script reusability Keep a close check on project progress to make sure the progress is in sync with the requirements Proactively interact with key stakeholders and technical teams for requirements gathering and integration Create documentation that detail the dashboards Reports as per business or user requirements data sources data processing ETL and design Conduct user training sessions and prepare any necessary training documentation Assist with regular deployments of Qlik Apps and urgent dashboard changes Configure user authentication and rolebased access to dashboards Conduct research to maintain and expand knowledge on the latest BI tools and technologies through Qlik forums communities CRITICAL COMPETENCIESSuperior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication influence others based on findingsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education Education BS in Business Analytics Information Technology Supply chain Operations Industrial Engineering or any related field MBA and CPIM is a plus Experience Experience 5 to 8 years of Proven Reporting Analytics Experience primarily with Qlik Work experience in Pharma Life Science or Chemicals vertical Desirable ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS 5 years of Expertise in QlikSense model building concepts functions visualizations etc Experience developing at least two productionquality applications in Qlik Sense Qlik Sense Certification is desiredHands on experience of working on MySQL other databases and utilizing database tools e g SQL ETL tools Hands on experience on KNIMETechnical knowledge on any scripting language Perl Python JavaScript and VB will be preferred High familiarity with statistical algorithms and strong exposure to Python or R in previous work assignments Working knowledge of ERP systems modules
