We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
"Prod Ops (SFDC) Junior Resource.
-4+ years of professional work experience in CRM and Production Support.
-Should have atleast 3+ years of working experience on Configuration and basic experience on Customization in Sales Cloud.
-Should have Good understanding and working Experience on Salesforce Automations such as Flows, Approval Processes,Assignment Rules,Process Builder,Workflow Rules.
-Should have Knowledge on Synchronous and Asynchronous Apex,Triggers.(L3 support)
-Should have working experience on Salesforce Security Model such as User Management, Profiles,Roles,Permission sets,Public Groups,Sharing Rules.
-Should have working experience on Object Management,Validation Rules,Custom Settings,Reports and Dashboards,Record Types, Page Layouts.
-Should have basic knowledge on Platform Events and Integration with External Systems.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills.
-Good understanding of ITIL concepts.
-Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform
-Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
-Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.
-Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications:
? 2-3 years' experience in a Salesforce consulting role including completing at least 3 projects end-to-end in a development role
? Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
? 2+ years' experience in a Salesforce developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components\Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
? 2+ years' experience with Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, workflow rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Lookup Relationship, Master-Detail Relationship"
