The Technician team provides in-home service on full line of Whirlpool's products ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty while providing instruction to customers on proper use and care of product.
This role in summary
As a senior Representative, the individual is expected to work in the Refrigeration Lab. He should Employee in this position need to prepare and execute the testings on test samples as per standards, reporting the results to lab supervisor. Handling all equipment required for testing and maintenance of all equipment, Maintain 5S and workplace safety
Your responsibilities will include
Education Required-Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/Instrumentation.
Experience Required-1-3 yrs
Job Location- Ranjangaon, Pune
Job Details-
Preparation of samples for testing.
Understand different standards and perform testing as per the procedures.
Preparation of Test Reports.
Execution of work as per plan.
Handle different lab equipment required in testing.
Breakdown and Preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
Should handle Equipment calibration as per schedule.
Maintain 5S and workplace safety
Should support Lab Supervisor and CI for Lab Improvements
Gas charging of appliances whenever required.
Technical Skills-
Basic understanding about thermodynamics and refrigerator working cycles with its components.
Basic understanding about test equipment
(e.g.AHU units, chillers, Thermocouples, data monitoring softwares, chambers, vernier, gauges etc.)
Awareness about different testing standards.(e.g. IS17550, IEC 62552 etc)
Product gas charging process.
Identify problems related with lab equipment and perform preventive maintenance activity.
Monitor ongoing tests for all test requirements.
Monitoring and reverification of test data for reporting.
