In this context, the CHC Supply Chain is building a dedicated Advanced Analytics organization to define a best-in-class CHC Supply Chain Data Model (from performance monitoring to predictive Supply Chain), implement it and ensure proper adoption by the SC community, in order to deliver the best services to CHC customers.
Being a key member of the SC Advanced Analytics team, the Senior Program Manager constantly strives to leverage the power of data within and beyond the Supply Chain community to ease decision making process and improve the service to the CHC customers.
Main responsibilities: · He/She actively contributes to the definition and the successful implementation of the Supply Chain strategy and roadmap for Advanced Analytics.
· He/She is a strong and proactive Supply Chain stakeholder of the implementation of the CHC Datalake (in Snowflake) and the related performance monitoring landscape, engaging and driving the operational organizations in this transformation journey. This in full collaboration with the Digital and neighbouring functions.
· He/She liaises with other CHC SC organizations (COE, Regions…) to ensure the utility of the CHC datalake
· He/She strives toward providing E2E visibility on SC processes by converting data into business insights, integrating new sources of data (Internal, external SC, external Sanofi) and simplifying data landscape (extract once, use multiple) and centralizing data management in Data Lake by working with Analytics Specialists and Data Engineering
· He/She will oversee the intake and prioritization of advanced analytics projects
· He/She is responsible to define KPIs and metrics along with stakeholders for global/regional reporting in order to enhance SC business effectiveness
· He/She contributes to the design and set up of the SC predictive data model and enables Digital twin capabilities creating business value for the SC function, for instance the optimization of the Service Level and E2E Safety stock levels (Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization), distribution- optimized network design, SC risk management
· He/She identifies ML/AI use cases to drive the Supply Chain towards a more autonomous SC (Self-healing SC, auto RCA…)
· He/she identifies opportunities for automation of all non-value adding & repetitive activities via RPA, automatic workflows etc.
· He/She participates in the set up and training of the SC Analytics Community
· He/She creates and promotes a culture of innovation within their scope through external benchmarking and establishing relationships with external partners to explore future trends
About you · 12+ years' experience in Supply Chain and Analytics/Digital related roles
· 8+ years' domain experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and/or Customer Care within CPG/Retail/Consumer Electronics
· Successful experience in project management and prioritization, feasibility analysis, and influencing without authority
· Experience translating business needs into implementation requirements and tracking benefits of analytics initiatives
· Ability to create change management momentum, motivate/convince people
· Accountability, reliability, and ability to work in transparency
· Open minded and active listener
· Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment.
· Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalate information throughout organization.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) and Jira
