Cipla is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to join our growing team. This role will be based at Ciplas U.S. Headquarters in Warren, NJ - remote work is negotiable. The Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for market and competitor analysis, primary and second market research, creating marketing promotional materials, the strategy and execution of marketing and promotional plans. This role will also support the long-term product strategy and product life cycle management of products, including device-based respiratory products. Responsibilities Research & Analysis Conduct market research (primary/ secondary) to identify the key gaps or opportunities in the therapy/ product/device Leverage internal and external resources to develop and update monthly dashboards for all key respiratory products, monitor key changes, and report those changes to respective forums In collaboration with the sales team, collect market usage, competitor intelligence, and pricing Monitor market changes and trends such as new molecule/ manufacturer entry, FDA approvals, price/ WAC changes, new line extension/ SKU entry, competitor exit, Therapy Guideline changes, activity around API, competitor device issues, any market issue changes and advises management and other key forum Forecasting Using the insights from the research & analytics, create and update forecast models for the products Track & document changes in the forecast and maintains a quarterly dashboard to record all these changes with valid reasoning Respiratory and Other In-line Product Management Monthly / weekly market tracking Closely monitor the supply plan, customer orders, customer Allocation, new business opportunities, and LBE tracking Develop the market access and pricing strategy Provide the monthly business forecast Also support the team on Non-Respiratory/ Specialty products which might require more complex marketing strategies New Product Launch Management The ideal candidate will lead the development and launch of omni-channel marketing and digital marketing strategy & Campaigns (Prescriber/ HCP/ Patient/ Payer) Support the development of market-specific launch, education, and access strategies and campaigns. Work with agency partners to create, develop, and implement tactical plans to meet defined timelines with minimal oversight. Manage the promotional approval process of materials Required & Preferred Education and Experience, Skills & Competencies A minimum of a Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related degree. An advanced degree, such as an MBA is preferred Experience and demonstrated knowledge in the Respiratory Therapy Area (Asthma/ COPD / Allergy) is a must. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Pharmaceutical Data Analytics, Forecasting, Insights, Market Research team Experience in managing advertising agency, patient/reimbursement, EMR/ EHR platforms is preferred. Demonstrated analytical ability Advanced PowerPoint Skills and Excel Skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Macros, PowerBi Familiarity with IQVIA, a plus Self-starter with strong leadership skills, including ability to influence without authority and through collaboration. Demonstrated ability to bring ideas to action Strong verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple priorities in the fast paced environment.
