Job Description
The Pega Decisioning Architect will play a crucial role in the development of Always On Marketing (AoM) decision management solutions and decision frameworks. This role involves liaising with the lead decisioning architect to discuss the solutioning approach, applying best practices in decision strategies, and creating predictive models to generate analytics around customer behavior. The goal is to prioritize propositions and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the campaign squads to implement decisioning logic in the GDF framework.
• Facilitate recommending updates to the decisioning framework and provide consultation to business owners.
• Translate business briefs, change requests, and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configuration settings.
• Create, run, monitor, and review marketing campaigns, responding to changing business priorities which may culminate in re-prioritizing offers.
• Support the System Architects in running simulations to evaluate alternative scenarios in the decisioning tools.
• Manage and maintain any propositions/treatment/product assets outside the Decisioning tool for import, as appropriate.
• Direct the Test Analyst in scenario set-up.
• Support Commercial Managers in understanding any operational decisioning queries (e.g., why certain customers received certain communications).
• Stay informed about upcoming features in the decisioning framework and guide the team in integrating them into the AOM application.
Requirements:
• 3-7 years of experience in decision management solutions and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Pega Platform, CDH, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall. SAFe Agile is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Pega certification (CSA, CPDC, CPDS) and SAFe certifications are highly preferred.
