These will include a wide range of categories like Marketing, Supply Chain (Freight and Warehouse), Real Estate, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Legal & FinanceUnderstands & interprets the overall business direction & objectives and develops & aligns plans for the category to enable their achievement.Develops plans and systems & processes to optimize the utilization of resources for the category in order to successfully achieve business objectives.Work closely with the internal stakeholders on meeting their requirement within the stipulated timelinesWork closely with the leadership team to understand the gaps and give quicksolutions to tactical and strategic problemsResponsible for commercial negotiations, agreement, contract letters, job orders & SAP generated PO'sBe part of the core team to drive efficiency improvement initiatives including identifying areas for process optimization, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology and automation, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operationsLead Supply Chain category and be accountable for the cost saving target, partner with Supply Chain Head to continuously seek opportunities to achieve cost savings, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and implement cost-effective procurement practices.KEY STAKEHOLDER - Internal - Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, ITExternal - Vendors/Service ProvidersMinimum requirementsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - B.Tech Preferred - MBA Certification- CPP/ CSCP/CPSMEXPERIENCE - 13-15 yrs of Indirect Procurement experiencePreferred Industry - Automotives, MNC, ECOM or Projects Industry experiencePreferred skills and experiencesKey Deliverables Ensure cost effectiveness for the managed categories Adherence to Indirect policy and SOA (Schedule of Authority).Adherence to process complianceEnd to end responsibility of Indirect purchaseBEHAVIOURAL1.
