Senior Manager Finance & Accounts - CA CS Job Title : Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts EXP 12 to 15 years Age above 35 Years Job Description of Finance Manager Good Knowledge on Ind-as & IFRS Experience to deal with Big 4 accounting firm for finalisation of books Good Knowledge on International and domestic Taxation Good Knowledge on GST Law Good Knowledge on Company law relating to board meeting and all statutory compliance Appearance before Government authorities for the query raised from Income tax, GST & Company Law Work closely with Parent Company (Japan) for accounting matters. The Request from Deloitte Japan Company Group auditor and coordination with PwC Work Closely with PwC and Management to understand the requirements and complete the task on time Complete supervision of Finance team Presentation of Monthly basis to Management on various reports Review of Monthly P&L and report to Local management and Parent Company Experience deal with Tax audit, GST Audit, Quarterly audit, Transfer price audit and Internal audit and discussion with partner for closure. Work Closely with the Management as and when various finance report requires and where finance involvement is required CS JD as below Conveying and servicing annual general meetings / meetings Providing support to committees and working parties such as board of directors Implementing procedural/ administrative systems Handling correspondence before and after meetings Responsible for all company secretarial functions Liaising with external regulators, solicitors and auditors Reporting in a timely & accurate manner on company procedures Filling all statutory returns as per the company law.
