Senior Manager Ecommerce
We are recruiting Senior Manager Ecommerce for a reputed company based in Mumbai
Major Roles and Responsibility :
- Responsible for Men's Category entirely for Online and Offline Partners.
- Handling the Category P&L management and responsible for the growth of category.
- Create an collection of products which is in line with the company's Sales and Margin Plan Improvement of Margins.
- Planning the brand collection. Keeping stocks in control / ample pipeline / request for refills.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business goals are aligned across functions.
- To ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for growth.
- Initiating activities like negotiations for pricing and margins for the products promotions.
- Managing, training and supervising team members across merchandising and buying.
- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for category.
- Responsible for finalising a trendy & commercial season range keeping in mind seasonal trends, business growth plan, category growth mix, price point mix etc.
- Monitoring business by way of conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly business review & doing course correction.
