Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive DFMEA activities, facilitating cross-functional risk assessment meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate closely with hardware architects, electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and fabrication engineers, to align DFMEA activities with system-level design objectives.
• Define and monitor Severity, Occurrence, and Detection ratings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across designs.
• Develop, maintain, and document DFMEA activities in alignment with AIAG-VDA methodologies in both Circuit and Physical Design
• Conduct and participate in design reviews, audits, and feasibility studies to drive design improvements and reduce risk.
• Conduct and participate in detailed analyses including signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management to support DFMEA conclusions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of hardware design experience, with at least 5 years in DFMEA-focused roles.
Deep knowledge and practical application of AIAG-VDA DFMEA standards.
Strong proficiency in schematic design tools (e.g. Cadence DEHDL\System Capture) and PCB layout tools (e.g., Allegro).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Design for Fabrication rules and their application to physical PCB design
