About the roleWork collaboratively with Technical Program Mangers, Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and FP&A teams and develop value-add cross functional partnerships to drive the Portfolio labor actuals, accurate fixed cost reporting and month-end close financials.Drive the month-end close process in support of the Digital & Ecommerce and Stores technology divisions through submission of manual reclass and accrual entries.Create monthly reporting to be leveraged across multiple teams to track labor forecast liability, fixed cost risk, and aging accruals to reinforce financial control processes.Support procurement business processes design and improvement initiatives.Serve as the point-of-contact for vendor issue resolution on items such as supplier setup, overdue payments, and billing disputes.Support the GapTech Portfolio procurement process which includes review and vetting of purchase requests in alignment with Portfolio funding, purchase order creation through the Oracle procurement system, invoice application, transaction control, accruals, and fixed cost tracking.Develop monthly reporting to support the San Francisco based Portfolio FP&A Team and drive forecast accuracy.Perform ad hoc financial analysis on fixed costs and potential forecast risk.Drive ResultsLearning AgilityApproachabilityFunctional/Technical SkillsWho you areBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field· 4-6 years of related business experience in Finance, Accounting or related field, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility· Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated customer service and problem resolution skills · Proven ability to develop effective business partner relationships· Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of Oracle Financials, or similar applicationBenefits at Gap Inc.
