Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Associate, Full-Stack Engineerto join our team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Develop software artifacts using Agile methodology and extend ownership by providing production support.
Stand by quality engineering principals, balancing technical debt with delivery goals to help maintain code quality & reduce cost of change.
Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, new standards, processes, frameworks, architectures.
Support your colleagues when jointly designing new best in class application features and platform enhancements.
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Align technical design with internal risk, information, data, and security policies.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, with advanced degree preferred
Advanced T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS
Knowledge of data pipeline tools for ETL/ELT, such as MarkitEDM (Good to have), Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks DLT, etc.
Hands on experience working on data flow orchestration tools, preferably BMC Control-M.
Experience building data solutions with C# / .NET Framework.
Provide third level production support where and when required for business continuity.
Ability to collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and team members.
Demonstrate initiative and independence to solve problems.
Stand by software engineering principles around security, quality, and doing things the right way.
Have a constant desire to improve knowledge and drive adoption of new tech or approaches within the team.
Own mistakes and work with your colleagues to redress them, learn from them and make improvements for the long-term.
You will support DMO (Data Management Office) team to fulfil their data governance obligations and help us grow our DCAM maturity.
