We're seeking a future team member for the roleof Senior Associate, Client Processing, Team Leadto join our Corporate Trust team.This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Process items adhering to procedures and cut-off times
Assist the team in day-to-day operations. Liaise with the sending location in case of any clarification.
Communicate to the team all process related clarifications received from stakeholders
Carry put all the EOD functions as per checklists and maintain the relevant records 
Maintain a record of all the relevant changes in procedural aspects, collate data regarding changes to the KOP and communicate the same to the Manager.
Ensure training of new recruits as per the Training Module and ensure proper backups are created within the department

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
8 to 9 years of experience of which minimum 6 years in investment operations 
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders 
Prior experience managing the teams working in night shift
Strong knowledge about products and services such as Banking operations, Client Support Services, Capital Market Operations 
Leadership skills, strong communications, and presentation/ public speaking skills
Competence in Risk & Control, detailed knowledge of financial markets and ability identify and mitigating emerging risks
