The eCommerce Marketing Operations team, located in Bengaluru, India is a key part of the global eCommerce Marketing department. The key focus of this team is to build automated and scaled solutions that will enable eCommerce Marketing to become the primary growth driver of the digital business. As such, this team works cross-functionally across all marketing teams (Paid Media, CRO, Email/Marketing Automation, Online Promotions, ABM, etc.), Digital Category Management as well as other teams within and outside the eCommerce organization. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce Mktg Ops, the Sr.Analyst will be responsible for developing capability maturity and operational excellence in one or more areas across Conversion Rate Optimization (i.e. website A/B, MVT, Personalization), Paid Marketing relates to Paid Social Advertising and Display Advertising campaigns, Marketing Analytics, Email & Marketing Automation, Product Data among others. If you have a strong foundation in digital marketing and paid media campaigns, and are looking to grow into leadership roles, this opportunity is a great fit to get you ready to lead teams/functions Essential Responsibilities Optimize media campaigns towards agreed upon target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Display Network, Yahoo Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Facebook ads Manager, campaign planner, Ads Manager, Instagram Ads , LinkedIn Advertising Products, Facebook and other social media ad platforms Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning. Ability to develop budget projections and pace campaigns based on monthly budgets Partner with the creative teams to advise on compelling Ad Copies (Images content) for various mediums and channels, develop test ideas, and manage a/b testing Data-driven decision making, using platform metrics website data. Own key marketing reports around conversion rates, and campaign performance An excellent English language skill (both written and verbal) as the role involves working and communicating with Global teams. Plan and drive SEO/SEM and organic search term strategy, use keyword data and analytics to help inform the Marketing team and provide data insights into our overall marketing strategy. Drive and manage all paid B2B, B2C and channel partnership campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance. Knowledge of online business marketing principals (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition). Should have proven track record in managing e-commerce campaigns. Be up to date on the latest PPC and SEO changes and policy revision and be able to act and change strategy accordingly Key Skills and Experience 4 or more years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years working in hands-on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) Proven experience in Implementing, trafficking and analysing campaigns with expertise in paid search, optimization techniques and focus to improve ROAS Experience across Paid Social Advertising and Display/Search Advertising campaigns platforms Strong understanding of website development processes and database publishing Has at least 5 years of hard core ecommerce experience - Someone who has scaled campaigns from generating 6-7 figures in revenue Key behaviours Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and in writing clearly and concisely Ability to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea and to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of ones ability using his or her own drive or initiative and to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines Education Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MS, MBA or Ph.D. in similar fields is a plus Degree(s) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or related field is a bonus Certification on Adwords/Paid Media/Social Media Marketing is a plus
