We are looking for high energy and qualified candidates who does the following skills and experience

Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in managing complex software development applications which include build, test and deploy
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good Communication - verbal and written and ability to work with distributed teams
Candidate should be a results-oriented good team player who leads by example, takes ownership.
In-depth knowledge of one or more Software Development Methodologies including Agile

What You’ll Do

Acting as a team facilitator and constantly focusing on leveraging the team on agile values and principles, while keeping them focused on project goals.
Coach and guide teams in Scrum framework and continuous improvement
Using coaching and training to help others understand how to use an agile way of working to become more productive
Establish, own and manage Scrum events, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning, daily scrum
Collaborate with the team to succeed in areas such as quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
Identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team
Providing adequate support to Product Owner in defining well define product backlog
Collaborate on aligning projects to business goals communicating with stakeholders, business users, sponsors, Scrum team, and provide visibility and transperancy of project status and roadmap by monitoring overall progress.
Influencing internal and external stakeholders to embrace an agile way of work
Helping with eliminating impediments and blockers with the objective of keeping the team focused on achieving the sprint goals.
Coaching individual team members to help embrace an agile way of work
Building a high-performance team focus on continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance by escalating people problems to management when necessary.
Having a deep understanding of theories behind framework such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean thinking and SAFe
Promoting the team to improve their approach towards continuous delivery, designing solutions based on incremental or immediate releases based on customer's or market demand.

What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience in Agile with Scrum, Kanban
Have led simultaneously more than 2 teams with outstanding results relying on Agile frameworks and artifacts.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills.

Has participated in a product-driven organization
Agile transformation experience
Jira/similar tool usage
Scrum Master certification
