SCM Strategy and Digital Innovation Asia

POSITION PURPOSE:
Lead supply chain strategy development and implementation of key projects to better serve and partner with supply chain teams.
Understand implications to supply chain and support new business models (NBM) & Go to market models (G2M)
Foster digital innovation, benchmark supply chain capabilities and bring outside in perspectives to advance supply chain transformation agenda

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Asia Supply Chain transformation with successful implementation of strategic initiatives and drive alignment with stakeholders across SCM, Product Supply, IT and Commercial teams in the region and countries
Co-Create regional implementation plan, develop workstream milestones & timelines and facilitate project monitoring
Understand the emerging needs of new business models (NBM) and Go to market channels (G2M), Collaborate with regional, country and global SCM teams to identify, prioritize and align Supply chain initiatives
Improve Operational efficiency by driving data-based decisions and identifying process improvements to enable better savings
Advocate and drive innovation within supply chain, educate employees and keep a pulse on new best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable dialogue and key actions to find risk mitigation measures when needed
Understand latest external trends and best practices to both benchmark, capture and share best practices in Supply Chain community among the region, global and country teams

Key Working Relations:
Close interaction with SCM cluster leads, Planning & Customer service teams in the countries
Regular interactions with stakeholders in Digital ventures (NBMs), and Commercial excellence, CS&D, IT, MEX, Quality, Row crops, FFP in the region & countries within APAC
Regular interaction with global project stakeholders from supply chain design and excellence

WHO YOU ARE:
Masters in Business administration, Engineering or equivalent
15+ years of working experience in digital transformation, supply chain, commercial operations or strategic functions
Experience in Data Science, Six-sigma, Supply chain (preferred)
Financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data, define strategic alternatives and deliver business value
Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills able to work with cross functional stakeholders across the clusters to build strong relationships, flexibly acting according priorities, in short cycles when required
Strategic: able to demonstrate strategic thinking about business initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit, self direction and executive maturity
Execution: Proven track record in promoting business cases to leadership and implementing in global environment and drive adoption
Result Orientation: Passionate achiever and demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex corporate environments, in self managed teams
