Project Brief:Hired candidates would be working on sponsorship sales for global events.
We organize multiple conferences, meetups, and roundtables throughout the year.
These events are hosted across the globe and focus on next-gen technologies.
The candidate will be responsible to fundraise for the event through sponsorship sale by pitching potential clients who are keen on participating in the event to evangelize their product or solution.
Sales acumen and strong communication skills are absolute musts for an ideal candidate.Requirements:Prior experience in business development, preferably sponsorship/event sales Strong communication (verbal, written) & interpersonal skills to interact and engage with international clients.Understanding of sponsorship sales processGood at researching, prospecting, and identifying potential customers and their needsPersuasion, perseverance, and strong negotiation skills to engage with global clientsNetworking and socializing capability to build relationships with top executives and clientsResponsibilities:Lead generation & prospecting potential clientsIdentifying customers?? requirements & identifying best requirement-solution fitPitching customers for their requirements over chat, calls, and in-personDrafting proposals for customers on the basis of requirementsNegotiation and closing dealsClient relationship managementPerks:Salary as per Industry standards5 days a week workingFlexible work environmentBest across industry incentivesSponsored international trip for top performersRemuneration: CTC: INR 5,36,000 to INR 6,20,000 paFixed Component: INR 2,16,000 to INR 3,00,000 paVariable Performance Based Component: Up to INR 3,20,000 pa Skills:- Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Event marketing and Negotiation
