We actively seek a Sales Operations Analyst resident in our Bangalore, India office.

Rimini Street is a fast-growing, high-tech company seeking aggressive, smart candidate for our Sales Operations Analyst role within our marketing department. Work in a professional, high-end environment with lots of learning opportunities and growth potential for hard-working, bright individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct research in order to obtain and maintain CRM Account data
Hunt and verify data using the internet and occasionally via telephone
Manage data by updating research findings into our salesforce.com based prospect database
Use additional tools like Excel and other third-party products to optimize the data management process
Conduct ad hoc analysis to determine key metrics and trends for sales planning purposes
Work with other sales ops team members to jointly develop and implement process/policies
Design, create, maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
(other job related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time)
Adhoc one-off projects and assignments eg. Targeted data clean-ups
Assist entire Sales Operation team in supporting the Global Sales team as needed
3-5 years of related experience
Demonstrated a meticulous disposition and exhibit accuracy and extreme attention
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
You are comfortable with a process driven approach
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Professional approach towards everything that you do, and you thrive on challenges with a positive attitude
Self-motivated, deadline driven, and able to work independently or in a collaborative environment
Highly responsive, culturally sensitive, able to support worldwide operations in a 24x7 environment
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
Good awareness of using the Internet as well as online search tools (eg. Google, LinkedIn)
Demonstrated analytical skills
