Sales Executive

We have immediate openings for sales and marketing executives with 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate in Goa.
Responsibilities
Perform market and data analysis to evaluate market opportunities.
Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets to Management.
Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and courtesy calls.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets as per schedule.
Requirements:
12th Pass/ Any Graduate.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills.
Business development skills and customer relationship management with customer service orientation.
Experience: 2 - 5 years in Real Estate sales.
Must be willing to travel as required.
Male Candidates preferred , Local Candidates Only.
