Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
to join a Fast-developing Coaching Centre in Panjim. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, event coordination, and working with parents to ensure an excellent student experience. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving student enrolments, promoting the centre through events, and maintaining strong relationships with families.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to generate leads and boost admissions.
Organize and coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing accurate information about courses.
Collect feedback from parents and students to help improve services and offerings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support the marketing team in executing local campaigns and outreach efforts.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate or 12 th pass with relevant experience.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, counseling, or educational services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, and preferably Konkani.
Strong organizational skills and event management ability.
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic computer skills for maintaining inquiry and follow-up records.
Age Group: 25 to 35 years.
