Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:Utilizing Netsuite and Excel to provide data and reports to the management , sales, distributorsand customers on a daily/weekly, monthly basis which includes but not limited to BOreports/pricing reports etc.Interacting & coordinating on a daily basis with the distributors for stocks/pricing & otherenquiries.Preparing and amending of documentation required for sales meetings, for eg. Presentations,quotations, etc.Processing sales orders & return authorization in Netsuite.Creating new customers & issuing quotes as requested by the sales team.Creating weekly, monthly sales reports, and keep a track of sales target and achievement forentire team as well as individuals.Supporting sales team with inventory, pricing, forecasts & other ad hoc requests.Coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure a healthy level of inventory.Proving admin support to different projects/sales activities such as sales/promotion events.Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders for various activities such asrebates/credits/debits/exports/imports etc.Other duties as requested.
