About the Role
Chargebee is strengthening its Risk Assurance and Enterprise Risk Management operating model to provide leadership with independent confidence over processes and controls, and clear, data-driven visibility into enterprise risks.
As Manager – Risk Assurance & Risk Analytics, you will own and operate this capability end-to-end. This is a second-line role, independent from compliance execution and business operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting independent process and control testing to provide assurance over key risks
- Enabling risk identification, tracking, reporting, and analytics across the organization
- Translating assurance outcomes and risk data into decision-useful insights for leadership
This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Engineering, Security, and Finance, and is designed for scale in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
