Job Overview:The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world's best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi. Check out life at Coursera on The Muse!  Responsibilities:Standardize and automate forecasting, tracking and reporting across regions by building dashboards for key metrics on pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, etc.Translate raw data into easy-to-understand dashboards that empower our sales team with clear insights and actionable recommendationsFind and communicate actionable insights to help Enterprise leadership identify areas of growth and highlight business opportunities/risksMeasure progress against key sales, customers success and marketing goalsDrive business impact by leading quantitative and qualitative strategic analyses that enable regions to hit growth goalsBasic Qualifications:3 to 6 years of experience working in analytics, data science, business insights / intelligence in a high growth tech start-up or B2B Enterprise SaaS businessBachelor's degree in a quantitative fieldExperience with SQL, Salesforce and/or data visualization toolsExperience researching and manipulating complex and large data setsProficiency in heavy data analysis, manipulation and visualization with Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Previous knowledge of SQL and/or programming languagesA growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitudeExperience working in a growth startup or a B2B SaaS businessExperience working in higher education or ed-tech industryIf this opportunity interests you, you might like these courses on Coursera:Business Analytics Business Strategy Excel Skills for Business Excel to MySQL: Analytic Techniques for Business Specialization Project Management #LI-AK1
