· RO is liable for his assigned territory (multi states).
· You are responsible to recruit, verify, handle and train the entire employee and also take out
best results from them and encourage them to boost their performance.
· Study the sales pattern, discuss it with CEO and MD and accordingly set targets for the employee.
· Search for potential Investors, Entrepreneurs, and Property owners.
· Evaluate store location for commercial success.
· To verify the investors with the details they provide.
· Day to day monitoring of DSR report by BDM/ASM/TSM.
· Manage all marketing, advertisement, branding, and promotion of brand.
· Prepare incentive schemes for franchise with company approval discus with CEO
· Encourage the franchise to promote our daily sales.
· Close minimum 2 franchise in a month in one state with RSM,S
· Capture day to day attendance, leaves, and week off.
· Send day to day report to Managing director..
· 16. Ensure agreement transparency whatsoever mentioned between Company and Franchise.
· 17. Infiltration policy must be handled and taken care by you.
· 19. Conduct regular meetings with franchise, store managers & executives.
· 20. Find out good store managers from clothing competitor brands.
Responsibilities and Duties
Close minimum 2 franchise 2 distributor in a month in one state
Make all tour plane with CEO.
Take care of all day to day work and stuff of CEO before tour.
Make advertisement plane & job posting for new manpower.
Make JD( job description).
