1. Doing Market Survey periodically every after 3 months or as per requirement or as & when told by the seniors to see the current rates, stage of const. etc.
2. Attending property exhibitions at different locations in Pune, PCMC Area & outside Pune. Retail Business In Pune City Also
3. Telemarketing, Attending Telephone enquiries & explaining project on the phone for marketing the flats to prospective purchasers, visiting the corporate companies for marketing & any other marketing related work i.e. visiting Purchasers / Office / Residence along with brochure for marketing of our Flats.
