About Our Client An upcoming NBFC which is under series B stage of funding, with a strong & young management team.

Offering unique and customised solutions to customers regarding retail & unsecured lending needs, preferablly consumer durable loan.

Looking to be the most preferred NBFC for all the financing needs of the clients.

* Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP.
* Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the region.
* Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.
* Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target.
* Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.
* Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action
* Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ
* Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.
* Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience
* Recruitment and training of sales teams
* Provide support to the collections team
