Key Responsibilities: Oversee GTM operations in the APAC region to monitor and drive improvement in all aspects of speed, quality, and efficiencyOwn relationships with key business and HRBP stakeholders in the region driving engagement and impactManage a team of Career Ambassadors across the region, including remote employeesBuild expertise on a region s specific needs and attributesServe as escalation point for managers and HRBPsProvide specialist advice regarding HR, performance and employment issues that will continuously improve the program and ultimately the employee experienceContribute to the strategy and execution of program short-term and long-term deliverables25% travel required, BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : 3+ years of management experience; experience with remotely managing employees.8+ years of experience in operations, HR, or similar fieldTrack record of owning and driving operational excellence, including experience using performance metrics to driving continuous monitoring and improvement.Experience working in highly confidential environment.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, across geographies and business unitsAbility to travel approximately 25%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Quantitative background with proven ability to synthesize and make sense out of huge amounts of dataProven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insightsKnowledge of HR systems and solutionsGraduate Degree in Business/ HRTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including ExcelExperience working with corporate workforceKnowledge of employment law and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunities
