Responsible for driving a sales team for generating and meeting sales objective of the region Work in partnership with the Product Management Team to establish field sales implementation strategies and tactics that ensure proper product positioning. Coach, motivate and develop Area Managers to realize maximum potential through observing and identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to ensure constant talent development. To establish & monitor strong distribution network in the territory. Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level. Managing CFA and ensuring timely payments. Ensuring timely reporting through team in reporting portal. Required Candidate profile Candidate should be from Pharma background only. Experience in Nephro or CNS segment preferred. Excellent in Team Management and co-ordination. we are looking for Regional Business Manager for reputed pharma company at Multiple location for pan india.
