As a QA Officer you will be responsible for:
The role focuses on providing direct support for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards related to process and product quality, including maintaining traceability of products.
Ensuring quality control components of ISO and other quality systems are maintained.
Coordinating with Manufacturing, Marketing, and other relevant functions to improve project quality and processes.
Handling compliance issues and customer quality documents.

Your key responsibilities:
Quality System Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and GMP conditions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems and procedures, managing compliance across the plant.
Tools/Skills: ISO, GMP, regulatory knowledge, continuous improvement methods.
Data Management & Analysis
Oversee quality control data for raw materials, intermediates, and final products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Prepare samples, analyze test results, and investigate deviations or nonconformities.
Tools/Skills: Data analysis, testing techniques, root cause analysis.
Quality Control & Project Support
Manage QC activities and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Contribute to cross-functional projects, providing quality input and reporting experimental results.
Tools/Skills: Project management, cross-functional collaboration, reporting.
Training & Staff Development
Train and mentor staff in quality control processes and ensure that the team adheres to best practices and regulatory standards.
Tools/Skills: Training, mentoring, communication.
Laboratory & Equipment Management
Ensure laboratory equipment is well-maintained, calibrated, and functional for testing.
Identify opportunities to increase laboratory output and quality.
Tools/Skills: Laboratory management, equipment calibration, process optimization.
Complaint Resolution & System Oversight
Investigate quality complaints, monitor the feed, fraud, and defense systems, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Manage pest control, cleaning, and risk assessments in the plant.
Tools/Skills: Root cause analysis, complaint resolution, risk assessment, pest control.

Education:Graduate and Postgraduate degree in Chemistry.
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in QA/QC.
