Deal Registration Qualifier - Partner Service Delivery PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES Partner Service Delivery (PSD) is a global organisation and part of the “Global Channels & General Business” group that manages SAP’s Partner Ecosystem, including Channel Resellers, Service partners, ISV’s and RUN partners. With teams across 5 regional centres, PSD builds and delivers a range of business performance services for SAP partners. With 8,000 partners in the SAP PartnerEdge program, each one benefitting from a personal contact (Partner Service Advisor – PSA) in PSD to coordinate a wide range of services, and an additional 3,000 partners benefiting from a range of support services operated by the team, PSD is at the forefront of the development of SAP’s partner ecosystem across the globe. For our regional service centre (located in Gurgaon, India) that supports the Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region, we are seeking a Deal Registration Qualifier. The Deal Registration Qualifier is part of an existing team, which manages the indirect channel sales Opportunity Management from our PE Sell Partners. The Deal Registration Qualifier is responsible to receive incoming opportunities from the partner ecosystem and qualify them based policies and core processes that are essential for SAP’s indirect sales channels. In that role, he/she will collaborate extensively with SAP Partners, SAP Regional teams and stakeholders as well as SAP Market-Units and countries. The role requires operational efficiency, business acumen, time management skills and a focus on processes and details. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS • Analyse and qualify sales opportunities from indirect sales channel partners • Process sales opportunities in CRM system • Apply analytical skills and focus on details • Communication with external partners as well as internal SAP sales roles • Drive process simplification to increase operational efficiencies and optimize capacities • Providing accurate and timely responses to all partner queries • Provide ad-hoc training to partners on deal registration program, process and systems EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Previous working experience in operations, sales support or deal desk roles a clear advantage • Previous working experience in a large corporation with, matrix organization and working with virtual teams • B2B or B2C experience a clear advantage • Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities • Solid English communication skills required: orally and written • Knowledge of another Asian language such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean will be an added advantage • Time management proficient WORK EXPERIENCE • Minimum of 3 years working experience • Experience working in a matrix organized corporation an advantage • Preferred profiles: Operations / Sales support / deal desk / Business Analyst in reputed IT Software Company • Deal management experience or sales operation background will be a plus • Company/business profile qualification experience WHAT WE OFFER Contract Type: Permanent Job Location: Gurgaon, India Travel Expectations: None Shift: Early Morning (6:30-15:30 hrs.)
