Technical Project Manager 12 years JD: Education : BE/BTech/MBA 12 Years of Experience in Java/J2EE related project and banking projects with good analytical, design and trouble shooting skills Last 3-4 years in tech project manager role with good communication, leadership, customer & team management skills Technical Skills : Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Pattern, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Web services Rest /SOAP, Oracle SQL / PLSQL & Deployment and Cluster Application Architecture Program Manager: 12 Years Responsibilities : - Leading entire program covering end-to-end Development & Support. Skills, Knowledge & Experience : 1) Total 12 years or above of experience required. 2) BE/BTech/MTech Qualification 3) Strong technical experience in Java & Oracle 4) Should have worked in Banking domain, preferably Supply chain finance domain. 5) Should have handled large and complex program of minimum 60-80 FTE. 6) Should work under pressure and manage complex project activities 7) Experience in Core Java development, Spring, Hibernate & Oracle 8) Should have worked on IBM Websphere and have fair knowledge of Secure Coding practices (ref:hirist.com)
