About this opportunity:
Ericsson is on its Transformation journey from SAP HRMS into SAP SuccessFactors. There is a need to harmonize and standardize the Time Management process globally. This includes defining Time Management Strategy and Process- and rules simplifications.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the pre-study for Ericsson's future Time Management solution, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive As-is inventory of HRMS Time Management Requirements and solution.
Drive To-be global Time Management Strategy, process and requirements including Business Rules.
Manage Proof of Concept around SF EC Time Evaluation and calculation Engine.
Manage Proof of Concept for End-to-end process and Integration Readiness between Time Reporting, Time Evaluation, and the data feed of Time Evaluation results to external Payroll Providers.
Ensure procurement from a solution point of view including assessment structure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Coordinate and lead project meetings, including project kick-off, status updates, and steering committee meetings.
Manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment and clarity of goals.
The skills you bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll and Time Management systems.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Have experience of relevant IT systems involved.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in multiple project management methodologies and tools (both Waterfall and Agile).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
