The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within specified timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in project management and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:? Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects according to predefined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.? Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.? Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.? Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively.? Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.? Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.? Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.? Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks.? Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.? Facilitate lessons learned sessions at the end of each project to capture insights and improve processes for future projects.Requirements:? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.? 3-4 years of experience in project management.? Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.? Experience managing software development projects is a plus.? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.? PMP or Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory.
