About Businessline/Function :
The Financial Accounting and Reporting department is a Cross Border team located in Mumbai. The FAR department is servicing entities across APAC including:
BNPP Group legal entities under CIB Finance responsibility in North, South East Asia and Australia.
The functional scope covers Financial Accounting & Reporting, Credit Risk Reporting, Management Accounting, the articulation with ALM-T systems and contribution to the Liquidity Reporting.

Position Purpose
The main responsibility of this role is to manage, implement, coordinate and follow up projects related to/impacting Financial Accounting and Reporting systems as well as to provide Functional Finance Systems expertise on the BAU, at Regional level, with respect to Systems settings and their impact on Finance activity.
Responsibilities
· Assist the migration team in Madrid with deployment of changes to financial architecture across different regions.
· Testing of new financial accounting systems and various reporting streams
· Provide a validation of changes to finance architecture
· Perform specific analysis requested in the Financial Reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Management accounting and Credit risk reporting streams
· Resolve system data quality issues and provide support to production teams in BAU mode
· Manage the communication with the different stakeholders in BNPP & share best practices and solutions across different regions
· Contribute to enhancement, standardization and automation of the new financial systems
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Good accounting knowledge of banking products/activity
· Knowledge of financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry
· Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) activities and products
· Good communication (oral and written), organisation and documentation skills.
· IT skills: Excel advanced user, database consultation (SQL, Business Objects), Powerpoint. Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus.
· Language: fluent in English (both oral and written)
· Mobility: European / APA
· Ability to adapt to change.
· Capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise and level.

Specific Qualifications(if required)
· 3-6 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.
· Experience as business analyst/project manager in Finance systems/interfaces implementation/migration projects (business analysis, functional requirements, User Acceptance testing) appreciated.
· Experience of working in international environment appreciated
