Description Project Management: ? Management and coordination of (sub-)projects
? Nomination of subproejct members in consultation with department heads
? Planning, coordination, controlling of the subproject including project status reporting
? Subproject related decisions within the agreed cost and ressource targets, quality and timeframe
? Active participant and engaged contributor in project teams

? Safeguards agreeds standards and quality guidelines (internal and external)
? Responsibility for reaching the specific, technical requirements of the respective OEM
? Ensures quality awareness, achievememt of customer quality targets and customer service commitments
? Obtain necessary approvals from customers (Tier-1, OEM)
? Guarentees that ProDe processes are strictly followed

Customer Relationship Management:
? Interacts as main contact to the customer regarding all technical issues (""one face to the customer"").
? Provides technical support and data to the sales team for the price calculation
? Consults and provides technical knowledge to the sales team, product group developpers and production locations

? Special technical tasks based on superior's request

BE / BTech – Plastics, Polymers or Chemical Engineering
Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi & German (Added advantage)

Required Competence in
• Plastic product, material and production process knowledge
• ERP knowledge (Preferred SAP - Basic)
• PC Software (MS Office, MS Project)
• Project management methods and tools
• Quality management and advanced quality planning processes (ISO TS 16949, QS9000….) Preferred
• Quality methods and processes and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
• Knowledge of automotive interiors with respect to product, process and materials
• Knowledge of automotive OEMs’ processes & approach + higher OEM coverage will be added advantage.
Strong network with technical teams at OEMs preferable
