Position Overview Division: CB, IB & CRU Operations Overview: CB, IB & CRU Operations within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) supports the Investment Bank (IB) and Corporate Bank (CB) franchises within Deutsche Bank. This role is within the CB, IB & CRU Operations EMEA Chief Operating Office (COO) team and the primary responsibility of this resource is to act as the Program Manager, driving execution of the strategic Target Operating Model program, as well as managing a tactical book of work which will deliver in-year targets. The role is based out of Pune and will report to the Program Director for EMEA Branch Operations. Partner with Operations leads and Business heads across the region to understand process nuances, challenges, and underlying businesses supported. Interface with Stakeholder groups to ensure alignment of milestones and deliverables including regulatory mandates / requirements and compliance requirements. Work closely with Product Line Process Owners to ensure continuity of strategy and approach to avoid duplication ensure alignment. Clear, concise and effective communication to local and regional management, including senior stakeholders. Ad hoc reporting as required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Operations processes and flows with a proven track record of managing large scale change programs. Proven ability to work with complex subsets of management information and data. Relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence real outcomes.
