The ideal candidate will have a strong program management background with experience leading medium to large projects. The candidate should be passionate about using data to identify actionable intelligence and opportunities for AISPL for its business in a programmatic and scalable manner. The candidate will also have a business development background with strong ability to earn trust with startup founders, as well as work cross-functionally across the Amazon organization in India. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.
Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with customers, Startup Business Development, Startup Marketing, and other specialist teams across the organization to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and how to help them meet those needs.Research and ideate potential solutions to process gaps and hurdles in the startup experience.Interact with the APAC & global Startup Program Management team to get insights on global programs and ensure that all programs in India are compliant with global policies and standards and front-end the execution and localization of all the Startups focused programs at the India level. Develop and execute on new Startup Programs at India level as relevant.Implement customer usage metrics & reporting, with a strong focus on improving customer experience.Manage the entire lifecycle of the initiatives you are responsible for, including showing operations success and developing on further iterations., Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field5-7+ years of program/product management or business intelligence experience.Demonstrated understanding and savviness in the startup space, including common patterns of success for startup customers.Proven ability to launch successful, external experiences that are used and loved by their customersOperational savviness, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on execution and delivering results consistently.Proven ability to work cooperatively with various teams, including business development, operations, sales and customer supportStrong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.Vision to own and drive products with development horizons of months or years. MBA or equivalent relevant business experience.Operational experience at a startup, preferably as a founder or in a business, operations or strategy role.Experience with international operations including product launch and customer development.Expertise in Excel modeling, SQL,, Tableu and other BI and analytics technologies
