PRODUCTION New Delhi, Nodia & Ghazibad Description We are seeking PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE, PRODUCTION MANAGER, PRODUCTION HEAD to be part of our ADEPT INTERIORS PVT. LTD. and work closely with the interior design and PRODUCTION teams. PRODUCTION - EXECUTIVE Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods. Daily production plan to be made AS PER FORMAT Daily production update to be made AS PER FORMAT Quality check of the material produced Labor planning to be done on daily basis Production process flow on the floor Manage communication lines with managers, suppliers, and procurement departments. Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs. Weekly / Monthly meetings as per the PRODUCTION PROCESS. PRODUCTION - MANAGER Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Maintains production staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Leading a team of supervisors & workforce Weekly / Monthly meetings as per the PRODUCTION PROCESS.
