What you will be doing: - Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand current customer experiences, identifies the problem customer is trying to solve to help engineering understand MVP to be developed. - Manages the \"big picture\" of challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations, and creatively defines and implements solutions to those challenges. - Acts as a liaison for intake process from Customer, Partners and Product Managers. This includes collecting market and technical data. Deep understanding of Agile practices and tool familiarity like JIRA. - Creates the technical product roadmap for complex or cross- platform solutions. - Leads and manages JIRA backlog and priorities with our business and technology partners. - Hands on approach. Works closely with engineering to build product mockups, install product on a laptop to demonstrate to customers and \"be the customer\" in providing feedback to engineering. - Collaborates with stakeholders to plan and manage product releases. Engages with customers and builds relationships. Gather periodic customer validations for the EPIC, MVP and different phases of delivery. - Works with business to identify and articulate initiative scope, benefits and ROI. - Informs and evangelizes a strong customer focus and customer experience that aligns decision making with IT investment choices and prioritization. - Develops and communicates a point of view on complex technical topics. Aligns multiple domains, both technical and non-technical, on this common vision. - Has wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). - What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
