About the role:
Paytm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, while playing a key role in shaping our telco product suite, including IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.

Key Responsibilities:
•Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the ecommerce experience (e.g., checkout, personalization, search, mobile, etc.).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features on time.
•Usedata, research, and user feedback to prioritize features and improveUX.
•Partnerwith engineering to ensure scalable, performant, and maintainablesolutions.
•Developbusiness cases and measure success through KPIs andOKRs.
•Championthe voice of the customer while balancing businessobjectives.
•Mentorjunior PMs and contribute to product team bestpractices.
•Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product decisions.

Qualifications
• 3+years of product management experience, ideally within the telecom sector.
•Proven experience working with Ecommerce-related products.
•Passion for new technologies and familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, Outbound dialler, SIP, Network layer integration etc.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
