Responsibilities will encompass generating creative concepts, adeptly translating them into action, and crafting scripts to produce English sports videos and compilations.REPORTING TO:Executive Producer - Content Insights, Operations & New Format, Disney+ HotstarKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Generating innovative ideas, effectively executing them, and scripting for the production of Hindi sports videos and compilationsEnsuring forward-thinking ideas and staying updated on preferences of the younger generationResponsible for all aspects of sports content production, including graphic design, sports highlights and compilations, editing, script development, show production, talent preparation, and video shooting/directingMonitoring the latest sports content – new releases, events, fresh online content, etc.Managing the daily responsibilities of the teamSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:Proficiency in Hindi script writing and editing5+ years of experience in digital/social content creation or productionSkilled in sports content and sports productionFamiliar with relevant software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, and proficient with Adobe After EffectsIn-depth understanding of digital trends and platforms in sports production, with the ability to adapt to emerging formatsPassionate about sports and enjoys consuming related content with a comprehensive understandingStrong digital content judgment, ability to innovate, and effectively communicate ideas to both internal and external teamsCapable of leading productions and bringing ideas to lifeEnd-to-end planning and execution skillsVoice over is a bonusABOUT US:Disney Star is a leading media & entertainment company in India that reaches over 700 million viewers a month in nine different languages.
