We raised$280 millionat a$1.5 billionvaluation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in 2021.Learn more @www.zeta.tech,careers.zeta.tech,Linkedin,Twitter About the roleThis individual will be responsible for supporting the procurement process within Zeta, including sourcing of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely checking and payment of invoices.Responsibilities As an IT Procurement executive will be responsible for : Asset tagging, Creating barcodes, printing and attaching to the assetsReceive assets from vendors, inwards and outwardsManage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in IndiaMaintaining the stock of all hardware in all business unitsLog tickets with OEMs for hardware problemsSend hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warrantyKeep a track of AMCs for all critical hardwareMake entries in Asset Management software and manage hardware allocationMoving assets from storage location to user's desk and vice-versaHelp in physical asset reconciliationManage & keep a track of all Invoice - One Time, recurring paymentAnalyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods deliveredCheck contract expiry dates and follow up for renewalWork closely with finance team for timely vendor paymentResolve queries/question raised by the finance teamTrack ordering, dispatch and delivery of items procured & update all stakeholders through reports/status/dataSkillsStrong Excel skillsNegotiation and problem-solving skillsExcellent Communication skillsConfident, creative, proactive in taking initiatives and achieving them.Strong attention to detailExperience and QualificationsYou have 2 - 3+ years of relevant experience in working with procurement teams.
