Strategic Talent Acquisition partner to senior executives and leaders Settling staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment processes, and ensuring positive candidate experiences Govern Recruiting Programs and PoliciesEnsure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and Code of Conduct Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global HR and recruiting teams to develop, deploy and maintain global programsin Hyderabad.Lead key interdependencies between systems and processes. Drive consistency and alignment of global programs regionally. Support and Drive Continuous Improvement :Deep knowledge of current trends for recruiting. Support and enable recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies recruiting solutions locally. Benchmark and assess performance levels as well as identify improvement actions from recruiting metrics. Build Customer and Partner Relationships:Identify and collaborate with customers and partners both internal and external to effectively develop and deploy recruiting solutions. Collaborate with key partners to anticipate future hiring needs. Partner with various functions to ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Education/Requirements12+yrs of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leading teamsCurrent or Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in VLSI, storage, or memoryExcellent communication, interpersonal skills to build strategic partnership with senior and external partners. Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encourage partnership and knowledge sharing. Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment.
